PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

David has spent the last 31 years, and counting, in the public accounting arena providing accounting, tax and advisory services to a wide range of small and medium sized family owned business and high net worth individuals.

For 18 of these years he was one of the founding partners of Wallace & Asher, CPA’s located in West Los Angeles before selling his interest in the practice and assuming his current consulting role with Leslie, Wallace & Associates, LLP.

David has specific expertise in the area of food services (restaurants, bars & catering services); medical practices and groups; law firms and other service industries.  He regularly assumes the role of part-time corporate controller for many of his clients and is actively involved in proactive, forward looking planning issues.
