Leslie, Wallace & Associates, LLP is the result of the 2006 merger of Leslie, Engell & Associates, LLP and Wallace & Asher, LLP. Both companies were founded in the late 1970's and have successfully emerged from serving smaller businesses and individuals to serving primarily middle market companies and high net worth individuals in a variety of businesses as well as individuals in many professions, including entrepreneurs owning their own businesses of varying sizes. The firm provides business and strategic advisory services; including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and financial/strategic planning, as well as tax planning, tax return preparation, and representation before taxing authorities. The firm performs audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements. Leslie, Wallace & Associates, LLP is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Sam Leslie, CPA, is also a trustee in bankruptcy. The firm provides forensic accounting and tax services to clients referred to it by Mr. Leslie and other trustees in bankruptcy.
Leslie, Wallace & Associates, LLP has a staff of 2 partners and 17 associates. The majority of our professional staff are certified public accountants and/or have advanced degrees.
